Support for every step of life’s journey
Hello, and thank you for stopping by!
My name is Rashella, and I’ve been working in the field of psychology for over 35 years. I’ve had the privilege of serving in a wide range of settings across both school and mental health systems, which has given me a strong foundation in special education, Section 504 law, and the supports needed for individuals with special needs.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed and implemented programs that address the educational and behavioral health needs of children and youth—always grounded in research and evidence-based practices.
I have extensive experience working with individuals, families, and people with disabilities. My services include psychological assessments, consultation, training, and counseling for those navigating ADHD, depression, parenting challenges, behavioral difficulties, and relational issues. I’m certified in Play Therapy, Autism, and Trauma-Informed Practices, with additional training in multiple evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
I started Applied Life Dynamics to continue what I call the “heart work”—walking alongside individuals on their journey through the valleys that life sometimes brings. Sometimes, a compassionate guide and a safe space to talk can make all the difference. It would be my honor to support you in your growth, healing, and path toward a more peaceful, and fulfilled life.
Warmly,
Rashella
